Welcome to Writing for Love! By purchasing a service or product, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
NATURE OF THE SERVICE

I am a writer specializing in relationships and love, offering personal insights and perspectives based on my own experiences, observations, and knowledge.

This service is not professional counseling, therapy, or licensed advice of any kind. I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or medical professional.

The insights provided are for entertainment, reflection, and personal consideration only. They are not intended to replace professional advice or services.
PAYMENT

Payment is due before any work begins with customer.

Fees are non-refundable.
HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

Communication is to remain through email and any scheduled zoom visits where customer will be guided on next steps and what to expect after purchase.

Monthly Voxer purchase gives access at any time to ask questions or opinions. Voxer messages will be answered once in the mornings and once in the afternoons Monday-Friday.
LIMITATION OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to decline to answer any question I deem inappropriate, overly complex, or outside my ability to provide meaningful insight.

My insights are subjective and based soley on the information you provide. I am not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate shared by you.

You acknowledge my responses are not guaranteed to resolve your issues or produce specific outcomes.
TERMINATION

I reserve the right to terminate service at any time at my discretion, with or without notice including violation of these Terms. In such cases, a prorated refund for the unused portion of the service may be provided at my sole discretion.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

I will treat your questions and personal information with respect and confidentiality. However, this service is not bound by legal confidentiality (e.g. therapist-client privilege).

I may use anonymized examples or themes from questions in my writing or other work, but I will not disclose your identity or specific details without your express written consent.
LIABILITY

You agree I am not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on my insights.

This service is provided "as is", and I make no warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, usefulness, or applicability of my responses.

In no event shall I be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All responses and insights provided to you remain my intellectual property. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute them publicly without my written permission.
CHANGES TO TERMS

I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
